Behavior Definition & Meaning:

The way, one acts for or conducts with oneself and others in a perticular situation is defined as his or her behaviour on that situation, that means how one expressed oneself in a perticular situation.  Each and every human being response accordingly in the same situation. Some times in the same situation a person behaves differently. In the other hand different persons behave differently in the same situation. Why this happens and what produces our behavior?
In this article I will share a deeper understanding about human behavior which will change the world of our living dramatically. Before that, we are going to learn what results are affected by our behavior.

What effect can our behavior have on life?

As a direct answer to this, I would say that our behavior produces all the results of life. ‘Behavior’ plays a unique role in our relationships, love, success, building rapport with others, running a successful business, and even building ourselves as an ideal person.
Just as a bad behavior can ruin your long-term relationship or love, so can your business or your social standing down too. One bad behaviour that you have done can cause extreme emotional pain to another, not only that, you may have to repent for the rest of your life for your own behavior, you may have become a disgrace for the rest of your life, you will not be able to forgive yourself then.

Common childhood behavioral problem:

Many times we also notice inconsistent behavior in children. One of the most important responsibilities and duties of every parent is to keep a watchful eye on the behavior of his children. Many parents try to suppress their children's behavior by with a reprimand or even beating them at different times. They does not go deep into the problem of abusive behavior of their children and does not find a permanent solution, which causes the same behavior to recur and increase day by day, above all, the child's anger and stubbornness increase.

'Behavior' that plays such an important role in every step in our lives, which we can consider as a certificate of our life outcomes, we will know 'which produces behavior', before we go to a real and scientific discussion about how to take it to the right and source means.

Which produces our behavior:

At the root of behavior is our state of mind, we are forced to behave according to our state of mind. If we are in a unresourceful state our behavior will be abnormal or unusual, for some reason anger may manifest. Again if we are in a resourceful state our behavior will be restrained and relevant. Sometimes we can consciously change our behavior by controlling this state, but most of the time our mental state deteriorates in a slightly worse situation.  Naturally we behave indecently.

The reins of our behavior, that is, our 'state of mind', depends on two things: our physiology and our Internet representation about any incidents, that is we perceive anything happens to us in the external world. Yes, of course, we can instantly change our mindset by changing physiology but sometimes everything happens so fast and our reaction comes out so fast that we can't control our behavior or get the chance to control.

If we want to control our behavior firmly, we will have to work at the root level, that is, we have to change our attitude towards any event.

Changing our perspectives is not an easy task, because since childhood we have all developed different kinds of beliefs, values, have different kinds of past experiences and different kinds of decisions, that is how our mind is programmed. If we can re-program the mind to break down all these things and rebuild them, surely our behavior will be changed for the better.

More Articles About Re-Programme your mind:
Sometimes some of our behavior wakes up automatically at certain times or when we see certain people. Those are the triggered behavioral patterns. For example, many people cut their nails with their teeth when they are under a little pressure.  There is a lot of people who get excited when they see a certain person.

Let's take a closer look at how we can significantly improve our behavior:

Before reacting to an incident, think about what are the good intention in the background of the incident. For example, if someone in your family or your friend talks to you in an angry way, try to find out what the real motive is, what the feeling is that he is angry with, without showing him anger immediately.

It is not always right to judge someone by your past experience and decide accordingly.  Maybe your old experience with someone is very bad but that is not the final experience. Everyone has  many good qualities. You may have encountered his bad mood.

Even if you break some of your old beliefs and develop new ones, your behavior will change a lot. You can incorporate a number of presuppositions into your beliefs, for example-
  • You cannot change a person unless he is changing himself.
  • Whatever happens is happening for a purpose.
  • There are many good things hidden in all events.
  • I am a sufficiently responsible person therefore I have to take responsibility.
  • Everyone is right in his own place, no one is wrong.

Whenever you repeat this kind of preposition in your mind over and over again your faith and values will change a lot. These will definitely change your thought process a lot.  You will see that life has become much simpler, you will find happiness in life anew, the meaning of life will change, you will find the purpose of life.

What You Can Do to Change Your Child's Behavior:

avoid conflicts of power with the child
Photo by August de Richelieu from Pexels

'Rewarding' is a way to encourage children for good behavior, rather than any bad behavior.  That is, if he does something good, he will be rewarded immediately. Before that parents need to be very restrained and patience so that when they see any bad behavior they do not take it seriously or avoid it.
Children who discover that awful behavior isn't endured and acceptable behavior is rewarded are mastering abilities that will last them for lifetime. This affects best in children more established than 3 years old. It can require as long as 2 to 3 months to work. Being patient and keeping a journal of conduct can be useful to guardians.

On walking in this system you will be able to avoid conflicts of power with the child. He will only be attracted to good behavior when he realizes that he will not be punished if he does not comply with your request or does not follow your instructions but will miss out on his reward.

Conclusion:

All of these steps will help you, your family members and children to make significant changes in their behavior. Repay any behavior before it becomes a bad habit, try to get rid of them from life with the help of those technics. Every step, every decision in life is very important, so take care of your own behavior without being procrastinate.

An ultimate successful person always attracts the attention of ordinary people

Almost all of us want to achieve extreme success in life, to get good results. An ultimate successful person always attracts the attention of ordinary people. Ordinary people only see or try to see the house, car, living status of a successful person from outside, never trying to know the inner secret. The extremely successful person keeps maintaining his life in sufficient discipline; otherwise he will never be able to hold on to this success.

I think we, as a whole, every now and then, get ourselves associated with exercises that don't add to our most noteworthy achievement or bliss. I most certainly did at one time, but I rolled out the important improvements once I turned into the NLP and figured out how significant each second of the day is, that there truly is not any time to waste to squander on activities that will not develop me.

We as a whole are seeming to be effective and productive throughout everyday life, except at times we are burning through our time doing things that are keeping us away from arriving at our maximum capacity. Furthermore, frequently, we don't perceive those things until somebody calls attention to them.

It's essential to investigate how we spend our days, step by step, and routinely search for ways of working more intelligently, ways of disposing of time-squanderers. Along these lines, to begin, the following are seven things that extremely successful individuals never burn through their time doing:

1. Extremely successful people never procrastinate:-

The extremely successful people know how precious every moment is; every second is to them. To procrastinate on any task means wasting that precious time. They know how to make quick decisions and take action. The faster they take action, the faster results will be produced.

2. Extremely Successful people don't get stucked into social media or news channels:-
News channels show the same news over and over again and highlight most of the negative news, which has a much more negative impact on any human mind. Our mind are negatively programed. Extremely successful person loves to impress on creating news, such as fresh good news and current achievement in his own life rather than watching one.

More Articles About programme your mind:
Being via social media taking a look at warnings on Facebook; looking through pictures on Instagram, perusing speedy reports on Twitter, whatever it's important for regular daily existence. Be that as it may, on the off chance that you don't control how long you spend on it, the hours will fly by, and you will not have achieved anything on your daily agenda.

For either, set a period limit on it. Set a caution for when you really want to limit it, close the application, accomplish something different, or just get on subsequent to finishing vital work projects. Utilize online media as an award.

Successful persons never step forward even a step without a prominant planning

3. Extremely successful people don’t go through the day without a plan:-
Every day planning is far from ordinary people; many have not done any planning for life. Successful persons never step forward even a step without prominant planning. Haphazard, if for some reason the plan doesn't work out, immediately change the strategy and get back on track. The importance of planning is to make every day more productive.
Extremely successful people have a reason, a laser-centered arrangement of things they need to accomplish on a specific day.

Specific plans will speed up your work and make it easier. Record your first concerns and separate those enormous assignments into more sensible advances, and you'll see yourself needing to finish them and check off the rundown.

4.Extremely  successful people don’t worry about things they can’t control:-

Extremely successful people focus on what they can do, which they have control over. They are not worried about things that are out of their control. For example, they know that time cannot be controlled, so they try to complete everything in time, without running after time.

Successful people know very well that anxiety can make their lives miserable, especially the situations in which they have no control over. So they turn their thoughts to action-based activities, focus on things they can get done.

5. Successful people don't do emotionally draining activities:-
Making a decision or doing something out of emotion, these are not listed in the dictionary of the extremely successful person. They are well aware of the dangers that emotion can bring to life. As long as you do not control your emotions, you will be more likely to fall than to improve. If you want to enter into a truly successful life, see which activity will positively fuel your life. Before committing to an activity or making a commitment, make sure that the activity will add something positive to your life. If you believe that it should not be done, you should say 'no' to it, reject it outright.

Successful individuals don't squander their energy on things that sincerely channel them.

6. Extremely successful people don’t entertain any negative people:-
All successful people neither like negative thoughts, nor do they like negative people at all. They do not try to take sympathy with tears or excuses, just like if someone wants to do it, keep themselves away from those.

It is said that you are the normal of the five individuals you invest the most energy with. So to be your best, you need to surround yourself with the best individuals.

All these extremely successful people know that if they do not free themselves from the entanglement of repentant, harmful, negative energy around them, they will be hindered from climbing over them. So get rid of them as soon as possible.

7. Extremely successful people don’t dwell on past mistakes:-
Mistakes happen to each of us. Just as an ordinary person makes mistakes, so does an extremely successful person also. Ordinary people regret their mistakes over and over again and do not learn from those mistakes and make the same mistakes again. On the contrary, successful people learn from their mistakes. They discover new methods so that doesn't dwell on the mistake. All these people know that mistakes cannot be corrected by going back to the past, so they move on by finding new ways out of these mistakes.

So when you commit a mistake, get into an attitude that the mix-up is finished with and you can't return to the past. Received in on what you realised and plan a procedure to decidedly push ahead from it.

What are some of the 7 things listed that stand in the way of your success?Identify it or them immediately and Kill them so you can venture into your best self.

How to take the first step towards dreams of your successful world

What you will learn from this article:-

    • What is the first step towards success?
    • What is taking the first step?
    • How does taking the first step help one succeed?
    • Why taking the first step is very important?
    • Relevancy of 'First Step' towards success.
    • How taking the 'first step' makes a difference.
    • Why taking the first step becomes the hardest task.
    • How to take the first step easily.

What is the hardest thing to do in one's life personally? It is natural for everyone's answer to be different from different perspectives. Think very calmly that the most complex task for each of us is to take the 'first step'. Every circumstance in life, from learning to ride a bicycle for the first time, to entering the world of earning, even to the events of the first love affair, if you ask the question, you will see how reasonable the answer is. Taking the first step in each case is a big challenge and success followed it whenever you take it. Our lives are made up of many small successes like this and the most important role for each success is the decision of taking the first step.

The 'first step' can create a huge difference between ordinary people and ultimate success. A great start can bring a gold medal, fill with honor, and the mistake of the first step can fill with despair. Every Olympic swimmer, runner, or other competitor knows its immense importance. Defeat is certain if there is no precise balance of goals and actions. It is impossible to reach the top of the Himalayas lying in bed, for which it is necessary to take certain steps and proper actions.

Why taking the first step becomes the hardest task:-
Just as we can't get out of the house through a closed door, keeping the door of the mind closed and thinking about fulfilling the dream of success is like building a castle in the air. To take the first step by opening the door of the mind, you don't need anything huge, you need a mindset. But the fear of everything else we can not open the door of the mind. Why is that?

  • Firstly, we do not set a specific goal, and even if we do set a goal, at the beginning of the journey we constantly think about the obstacles along the way, that is, the negative aspects. As a result, unknown fears are transmitted to our brain, and the black cloud of negative thoughts continues to consume dreams. Our legs tremble to take the first step. The logicians will say that it is foolish to go without thinking.  I will ask them, after thinking about everything, how much success they have had and how successful they have been without any obstacles.
  • Secondly, Alibis:- Whenever our minds are filled with bad thoughts, we are always looking for excuses to procrastinate. Once you start making excuses, thousands of excuses come out, today is not a good day, there is no suitable environment, lack of enough money, today the weather is not good etcetera. Most common and big excuses are 'situation is not perfect, other people are not supporting or agree with me and my skills are not enough.' I would like to know if the situation is right if the parents, family, and acquaintances support, and if have the right skills then success is achieved!  Or if successful, everything will change, and skills will be developed in the journey of success!
  • Thirdly, Trying to find options:- Almost all of us are very comfortable, we become lazy when we want to do something new. The image of the Comfort Zone in our subconscious mind floats before our eyes. We've already put terrible consequences of moving forward on the mental screen with the negative thought, the image pops up in front of us every time we take a step and signals us not to move from our comfort zone. That's when we start looking for options, easy options, easy ways, it may not be the direction to meet our goals. Getting a job in a primary school after studying engineering is not a success, it is just like an airplane flying to Singapore but reaching Honolulu, though you will get water, soil, air, and food in both the places.

How to take the first step easily:- In the previous discussion it must have been understood that most of the distractions are created by anxiety on our mental screen, so if you can overcome that obstacle then you can easily take the first step. If you have set specific goals then following the steps will help you a lot to take the first step.

  • Think what you are going to achieve:- Imagine that you have reached your goal, try to feel that joy, that happiness, visualize how your environment is changing, how your behavior, your values, and your identity have changed. What compliments people are giving, what great purposes you are serving, how much your respect has increased, and how many people love you. This method will build your neurological alignment which will not only eliminate your negative internal representation but also will increase your focus, will be inspired from within, will increase your persistence, will eliminate inner conflict, and increase self-confidence.
  • Do not wait for the environmental conditions to be favorable:- Environmental conditions are not conducive and are to be taken.  Obstacles or failures are not a problem, they help you to become best-self, to grow up if you evaluate them properly. Talk to yourself, love yourself, and you will see the light of your heart shine, this light will illuminate the environment.
  • Don't expect support from others:- Get yourself out of the idea that someone will support you then you will take the first step. Start the journey, if you keep going a little bit, if you get success, you will see that many people have become your supporters. No one supports the unsuccessful person from the heart. The 'extended hand' is an excuse for those who do not have a definite plan to move forward in life. Lazy, low-spirited people explain to others what is the reason for not doing and seek support.

Have enough confidence in yourself, and rely on your knowledge and skills. How you can use your intellect and knowledge is important, not how much you have. Find your strengths and use them properly then success will come. Develop your attitude. Relying on others will increase your setbacks, if you want to move forward, you should not hold back. No one will let you win, you have to develop the habit of winning.

"A river cuts through a rock not because of its power but because of its persistence."
                 James N Watkins

Persistence is the outstanding quality of being steadfast in one's outcome or goal, regardless of all obstacles, hindrances, and discouragement. There is no second alternative to perseverance. This is one of the ladders of our success. Lack of persistence is the main reason why almost 98% of people failed. This weakness is just like fire, the lower it is, the less heat it will produce. Lack of persistence extinguishes the fire of our inner willpower. Lack of perseverance alone makes most people fail in the beginning. With perseverance, you can achieve success in all aspects of life.

Out of thousands, I want to give an example of a great person who achieved tremendous success with persistence.  Abraham Lincoln, an incredible character who has additionally been the ex-leader of the USA has experienced routinely huge disappointments for quite a long time after the year. Lincoln fizzled in his business in the year 1831 and after which in the year 1836, he got a significant mental meltdown. Battling reliably for a really long time, he again fizzled in 1856 during US official races. Battling and battling reliably he became the sixteenth President of the USA in 1861 and continued driving towards his lifestyle. He had enough reason to give up but he never did.

Persistence is another extremely valuable state of mind like many others. Naturally, this state changes when we face various obstacles, fail again and again, and various discouraging events happen. The human race is endowed with a special natural reward, that is patience. But about 99% of people lose patience in one way or another.  In front of nature, in front of this society, every moment we are facing some or many the other test. We lose this constant test only when we are impatient and when there is a lack of persistence.

Symptoms of lack of persistence:-
  • No clarity about goals or outcomes.
  • Reluctant to collect special knowledge.
  • Procrastination without any reason.
  • Blaming others.
  • Fear of criticism and failure.
  • Give up in the face of minor challenges.
  • Lack of self-confidence.
  • Poor mindset.
  • Lost focus on the target.

How to develop persistence:- Persistence doesn't demand a great level of intelligence, education, not a large amount of money but a little bit of time and effort. We can cultivate this power within us.
These are the necessary steps you can follow to gain the habit of persistence.

Specific purpose with strong willpower:- First you need to set your specific goals or objectives and set goals that will keep you going all the time. If you feel motivation from within, your willpower will be strong. The combination of a specific purpose and strong desire will make you persistent.

Definite plans:- Once you find the purpose, make specific plans to make it a success.  If you move with a definite plan, the chances of failure will be low.  And as the afraid of failure diminishes, the habit of persistence will be developed.

Control over mind:- You have to control your mind.  There will always be obstacles, there will be criticism, there will be negative suggestions from your friends and family members, and there is no shortage of people to discourage at every moment. It is your challenge to keep your mind tied up tightly in all sorts of situations, here is the tough examination of your perseverance.

Build good habits:- Persistence is directly influenced by our habits. Everything we do every day or whatever we are habituated to do nurtures our minds.  It is not possible to get inspiration without the spontaneous support of the mind. Lack of motivation will take away your persistence.

Persistence is the key to the success of many great people.  Only perseverance can transform extreme defeat into victory. Success in any endeavor is never possible without perseverance. The factor that can transmute your desire, and your goal into the real form of success is persistence.

What is Procrastination and how to break this unconscious pattern of mind

  • What Is Procrastination.
  • The Effects of Procrastination.
  • Science behind Procrastinate.
  • How to break the pattern of procrastination.

What is Procrastination:-
Procrastination is the tendency to unnecessarily delay in doing anything or in taking decisions. Procrastination not only slows down our life but also loses the focus of life. Almost all of us have to face this great challenge of life at some point. Almost everyone knows the story of the tortoise and the rabbit.  Extremely faster rabbits had to concede defeat due to his procrastination in a race to the tortoise.

In the lives of most people, one of the biggest enemies in the guise of a friend is 'excuse'. And this excuse and procrastination seem to be spiritually intertwined. We make excuses to procrastinate, and we procrastinate to find excuses. One of the obstacles in the way of success in life is the understanding of these two. Procrastination is so ingrained in our way of life that we have come to regard it as a credit, despite thinking it's a major obstacle. Procrastination has now become our social and mental disorder.
If a child asks for something he needs to study, his parents make excuses and say, "I will bring it tomorrow, not today." Our procrastination suppresses a child's emotions in this way.  And gradually the child also grows up accepting it as a normal principle of his life and later this principle becomes rule.
We wait for the right time to do any work. Well, tell me what is the right time?  If now, this moment is not right for you then how would you dare to dream of tomorrow!

Later on, the work load increases and so the anxiety
source from pixabay
What are the effects of procrastination on our lives:-
  1. Paralyzed our decision making power.
  2. Later on, the work load increases and so the stress amd anxiety.
  3. Good opportunities are missed.
  4. Precious time is wasted.
  5. Chaotic life begins.
  6. Success is unnecessarily delayed.
  7. Demotivates.
  8. Cracks the Confidence.
  9. Lost focus on the goal.

Reasons for procrastination:-
There are mainly two scientific reasons for procrastination in any activity. The first is that before we do anything, our mind has to point out all its negative aspects,  in fact, we have nurtured our thinking pattern in that way. Whenever negative thoughts swirl in our head we find excuses not to do that or not to take that decision. The longer we delay, the the work will become more complex and we become reluctant to do that. Until our brain find the reword in a task, we can never be inspired on that.
Our brains values instant rewards far more than future rewards.  Whenever the brain sees that the store of instant rewards is empty, procrastination begins.

Secondly:- We have accepted our normal lives as the most comfortable zone of our life, no matter how hard that life is or how miserable it is. In that life, no matter whatever the relationship complex or the economic complexity, we like to limit ourselves, we feel comfortable on those. We do not look after the joy or adventure in doing something new. That’s why small barriers appear as large obstruction.  What we consider as a comfort zone is actually our familiar zone, we get habituated to having this zone. We think painfully anything outside the familiar zone and our minds always want to get rid of that pain. He seeks excuses and procrastinates as a way to avoid pain.

How to break the pattern of procrastination:-
Once we know the reason for the procrastination, our goal of overcoming this bad habit is not a very difficult one. We have lots of potential and lots of power through which we can break this pattern easily by taking actions. The 'excuse' that our minds make 'will do tomorrow, today I will be in relax' is in fact an intention not to do that activity. We need to visualize well to get rid of this clever trap of the brain. We need to visualize what problems we are going to face if we are not able to complete the work we are procrastinating to do, what could be the loss in life. Whenever the mind feels the pain of not being able to do the work on time, immediately bring to mind the benefits of doing the work. Realise what rewards you are going to be awarded, how comfortable and happiness you will feel when you will complete the job. Enjoy the infinite joy of getting the job done emotionally, rather than the immediate joy of delaying. Remember, our mind alloys want to gain pleasure.

No matter how complicated the work is, if we have interest, we do not hesitate to do it. We are reluctant to do all the work that we do not enjoy, we do not get the benefit by hand. There are rewards hidden in every work, there is happiness,  finding it with the consciousness will inspire you to start doing.

When you try to roll a drum weighing a few tons from a stationary position, you will feel it a Hercules task. When you start pushing, the drum is started to moves slowly down it will be felt light, it will be easier to move. The more you think about what you need to do, the more complicated it will become, it will be difficult to get started. Start doing whatever is important to you or whatever you have to do, it will gradually get better.

What disappoint us is not the work itself, it's our thinking how hard it will going to be. Our thoughts make the work more difficult. You will never reach your destination unless you start.  When you start, you will find something new in every step, you will be optimistic and you will have faith in yourself. Worry does the damages, not work.  This cloud of worry will disappear only when you start moving forward, start working.

For hundreds of years, people have been trying in different ways to reduce stress, like fasting, ritual, listening music, chanting, sex, exercise, drugs etc. All of these methods work but within a certain limit. The reason is that we do not go into the main content or deep down. Many people are not aware of that 'stress is an unresourceful state in our minds'. So if we know what our state is and how to change it, we can easily get rid of stress no matter what the situation is.

The state is the equivalent to all our experiences at a particular moment in a particular time, in other words, the state is the sum of all neurological processes at a particular moment. In very simple language we call it the mood of a certain moment. Now think if we work properly on our brains and figure out how to move from a unresourceful state to a resourceful state easily, we would be able to overcome any stress.

Let's see how this state is created. Our physiology and personal internal representations combine to form our state, that is, what we see, what and how we think, what we listen, what and how we say to ourselves about an event or situation makes our state. For example, Suppose you went to meet a person according to a rescheduled appointment, after arriving you find that he is absent. What will be your condition at that moment, what will be your behaviour? If your brain paints a picture of him he is avoiding you or insulting you, you will get angry and annoyed. And if your brain makes a picture that he is out on an urgent need or forced out, your empathy will grow and you will have a peace of mind. That is, the most important thing is how we perceive and represent the outside world to our mind that influences our state.

Personal internal representation is your own personal experience sent to the brain about an event, person, object, etc.. This results in different reactions from different people about the same event.  If you like comedy movies, other people like romantic. Someone is loving a job that you don't like. Personal internal representation will change if one's own point of view changes.

With this, physiology playing a very important role, you can never go to a unresourceful state by straightening your body, bloating your chest, and raising your head. That means our mussels tension, posture, breathing pattern, what we eat, everything affects our state. Again, if you have sadness in your mind, if you are upset, if there is mental turmoil, your body posture automatically goes down. You can go into the resourceful state by changing your physiology.

In addition to all these, if you continue regular exercise, meditation, chanting or listening to music, your mind will easily become stress-free.

The real way to 'how the MIND itself can turn someone's life from hell to heaven'.

"The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven"..
John Milton, Author ( Paradise Lost),

Today I will tell you a short story of Sindhutai Sapkal, the lady called "Mother of Orphans", whose nickname is Chindhi, which means a torn piece of cloth,  was born on 14 November 1948 (age 72 years), Wardha, who was forced to drop out of fourth grade due to her family's commitment and early marriage. At the age of 10, she was married to a 30-year's-old man. When she was twenty, her husband beat her and threw her away and she was then nine months pregnant. Later, on the same day, she gave birth to a baby girl in a barn and walked a few kilometers to her mother's house. Her mother drove her away without giving her shelter. In such a helpless state, finding nothing, she finally cut off her umbilical cord with a sharp stone. This incident left such a deep scar on her mind that she wanted to commit suicide. Later she got rid of that thought and started begging at the railway station to bring after her daughter. While begging, she saw that there were many helpless children who are abandoned by their parents, and were begging with a lot of pain in their lives. She felt their pain and decided to adopt them. Her new war started, and she began begging loudly to put a handful of food in the mouths of the helpless children. Gradually she decided she would adopt all the Orphan kids there and she did so.

So far as she has adopted and cared for more than fifteen hundred Orphan Children. Not only that, she has taken all responsibility for their education, marriage, and establishment. Many of them are now established as doctors, engineers, or lawyers. She has won over 500 awards so far and she spent all the prize money on her children. She was conferred the Padma Shri in 2021 in the Social Work category. Many of you may know the life story of Dr. Sindhutai Sapkal. This story is probably inspiring many of you, or will, but most do not know that her mind is the mastermind of this outstanding achievement. There was no one or nothing with her. With her, there was no society, no environment, and no relatives. Except only one resource that is her mind'. It is this mind that has shown her the way out of the most complex problems and has given her the urge to live. She had many reasons to give up and commit suicide. Whenever she shifted her mind to the neglected children on the way, her mind comforted her by saying, "Look, these helpless children need you more than yours." Inspired by saying "You have to do something for them." From the core of her mind, she realized, 'What is the purpose of her life!' That's why she said, "I am there for all those who have no one".

                            Happy to help you

Most of us (more than 95 percent) don't know what our purpose is. So we give up everything when something happens a little. We never ask ourselves, 'Did I come to this world for a purpose?' If you find your purpose in life, your life will be filled with happiness. This universe will give you a lot of logistics to survive. You can never harvest gold by scattering grass seeds in your fertile land. When you see a corpse coming out of the hospital, you start wailing, thinking, and saying all the negative things. Have you ever noticed how many new babies are being born in that hospital every day? Ever said 'wow what a wonderful!'

Our mind always wants to avoid pain and gain pleasure. The same thing happened with 'Mother of Orphans'. She was thinking about her pain all the time. She repeatedly told herself about the extreme pain of her life. In the end, she decided to commit suicide to get rid of that pain. Whenever she saw and thought about the street children, she immediately began to enjoy the pleasure of being able to do something for those children, the joy of being able to help others, and the joy of devoting herself to the welfare of others. Her mind was shifted to gain pleasure and today its real form is our 'Mother of Orphans'.
