How to exorcise the ghost of fear from your mind
Table of Contents
- What is fear.
- Effects of fear.
- 'The fears' human beings are suffering from.
- How to overcome fear.
If someone ask me which is the biggest enemy of human life, without confusion my answer will be 'Fear'. Fear is an unresourceful state of mind that eats away at it from within. Every human being is more or less a victim of the attack of this subtle and secret enemy. In many cases its invisible attacks and deceptions make our lives miserable. Fear increases anxiety, makes a person worry.
Fear is actually an intense unpleasant emotion. This emotion stimulates our body and causes our physiological changes. Fear is judged as rational and irrational. Rational fear is very important for us, of course, but I will discuss the irrational fear which we regard as phobia. The root cause of this fear is doubt, doubt on the ability of oneself.
Fear alone is enough to low your self-esteem, to erode confidence, to impede perseverance, no longer need an external enemy. Fear of something is the main reason for your cowardice, inability to make decisions, procrastination, discouragement, apathy and loss of desire. Statistics shows that all sectors such as business, politics, cinema, sports, or whatever, have successfully reached the peak of those who have overcome their fears.
'The fears' human beings are suffering from:- There are some basic fears on which or some combination with which every human suffers one or another time.
- The fear of failure:- This fear starts when a child first learns to walk. Although the child does not have the slightest trace of this fear in his mind, the seeds are sowed by his parents and relatives. Many meritorious students cannot pass the interview for fear of failure and live a life of unemployment. We cannot set big goals in life for fear of failure.
- The fear of poverty:- We are living in an age of economic madness. In this age, money brings honor, brings success, name and fame. The rich have become the most powerful, they are beyond the law, the richest people in politics, the economic control is in their hands. Now love(showing) is being sold in the open market. Even people in your family cannot easily accept you unless you have the financial support to do for them. Naturally, it is not surprising that mankind fears poverty. Fear of poverty makes people mentally and physically lazy, weak. The black cloud of negative thoughts swallows up which leads to various bad habits, loss of control over oneself, formation of skepticism, onset of procrastination.

- The fear of death:- These unknown ghosts of fear take the lives of millions of people every year. The COVID-19 situation showed us the severity of this ghost. Fear of death has turned many people's lives into hell. If death engulfs, millions of people are getting sick every day for fear of this. A number of unscrupulous businessmen, politicians and the media are constantly trying to instill this fear in our minds. Insurance or Mediclaim's businesses are booming, keeping awake this fear within us.
- Fear of criticism:- The scourge of criticism is not easy to heal, it can last lifetime. Almost everyone is afraid of criticism, and knowingly tries to use this weapon on one another. Even parents do their children irreparable injury by criticising them. People are so brassy with the fear of Criticism that they don't hesitate to throw away their loved. Most people think of criticism as a stepping stone to success, so they try to use it whenever they get the chance. The misconception of the human race is that if one is not being dragged down, one cannot rise to the top. The easiest and most appropriate way to pull someone down is to hurt them emotionally, and that can be done very easily through criticism. This is so easy and enjoyable that without any cricketing knowledge or qualifications, while chatting, kissing over a cup of tea sat to criticize the great cricketer Sachin Tendulkar.
How to over come fear:-
Identify fear and its causes. Overcoming fear is one of your challenges so identify it first. For which you are afraid of? Why are you getting fear? Find out when you have this fear, ask yourself, check if there is a valid reason for your fear. Build confidence in your own ability, in your own knowledge. Keep yourself busy in relevant works. Your mind always wants to be busy. If you don't keep him busy with good things, he will lead you to bad things.
Always refrain from criticism, slander, gossip. Stop listening, watching, and discussing negative news altogether. They will programme your mind negatively and causes fear. Don't hang out with people who are depressed and anxious, instead, associates with people who have a positive mind set. Read the story of a successful personality, excluding listening, watching or reading, stories of failure or sadness.
Meditate to keep your mind calm and healthy and at the same time keep your body healthy.
Every fear that I have mentioned is unrealistic, the origin of this fear from your blind faith, past experience or thinking about the future. It has no real existence except your mind. Your thoughts carry some unrealistic imagination in your brain and your mind nurture them, so change your thought-process.
Think about what you are serving or are going to serve others anyway, what you are contributing or will do. Think , everything is for you, all opportunities are available for you when you serve and contribute yourself properly.

How to erase any past painful memory of life
- Bitterness of bad memories.
- Why we should forget bad memories.
- How any event enters in our brain.
- which events are frozen in our minds as memories.
- how we can get rid of bad, painful memories.
- TV technique.
- The effects of the technique.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Memories can never be forgotten! Many of you may put your mind to this question. I strongly believe that you can easily get rid of the bitterness of bad memories if you want.
Every time something is happening in our life either good or bad as per our representation to our brain. The events of our lives, from childhood to adulthood, would be skyscraper if sorted out. How many of these either we can remember or take place in the mind! As a percentage it is very low.
Why would we want to forget or try to forget old memories:- We usually want to forget the memories which we feel uncomfortable remembering. We need to forget the memories that repeatedly rape us, hinder us from achieving our goals, hurt our emotions, take away our focus.
By the way, if I ask where is the presence or existence of any event that was happened in your life, does it have any real existence somewhere in this universe? No, it has no real existence, it exists only in our brain. Once when a person hurt you, you may feel that pain again and again in your mind or you will carry it lifelong. The specific person had hurt you once, then why are you getting wound again and again by carrying that memory?
Let's know how any events enter our brains:- There are basically three ways by which our brains receive what is happening outside.
- Number One:- By the visual sense, a certain form of what we see enters our brain and takes place as a memory in the form of pictures or videos.
- Number Two:- By the auditory sense, everything we hear, that is, the sound of any event, the music, the conversation, the sound of a car or some loud noise they enter our minds through the ears and take place in memories.
- Number Three:- By feelings, through our largest sense organ skin, our body's different kinds of sensations always enter in to the brain. Along with that also other two senses that work are the smell and the test. I did not mention these two separately. Because the science of Neuro Linguistic Programming combines test, smells and feelings as kinesthetic sense.
Let us now know which events are frozen in our minds as memories:- The better the picture or video you make in your mind, the more colorful it will be, the better picture quality will be and the better sound quality will be, means depending on the sharpness or sweetness of audio. The freezing of memory depends more on your feelings, the intensity of the feelings makes the memory come alive.
The events that you are witnessed and you were associated with are tied up in memory. Bad memories involve a lot of emotion so it becomes so vivid.
We enjoyed so many movies, most of those we forgot or we remember a special scene because the video, dialogues or script of the part that our feelings are involved with it, we can relate those to our life.
Repeatedly thinking about old memories creates neural pathways in our brain and these neural pathways become so strong that they automatically come in front of us when we are subject to something else or when we are alone. Some memories have trigger points, such as seeing a certain person or going to a certain place, or a certain smell or sound strangely awakens the memory. That means the person or the place or the smell or the sound is the trigger of a perticular memory.
Let us now know how we can get rid of bad, painful memories:- Memory, we are worried about can be forgotten or make powerless only when your feelings and emotions towards it decrease, if you can disassociate from the event. Any pale, insipid, black-and-white picture does not appeal to our minds. This means that if you can turn your memory to black and white, still photo instead of video, it will lose most of strength. Well, what does it feel like to watch a movie or a TV by mute it? Exactly, you loses interest in it.
Although it is very technical, I will tell you the application of a technique called TV technique. And I am very firmly claiming that there is no easier and better method than this which can work very fast.
Technique:- Sit quietly and think of any old stressful memory that hurts you and you want to forget, take a good look at everything you see in your mind. Then imagine there is a TV in front of you. There is a glass wall between you and the TV and the painful memory of your life is playing on that TV. The remote control of the TV is in your hand. With that remote you can adjust the color of the image and gradually turn it to black-and-white, mute it to reduce the volume. Pause the video, as if there is a still photo in front of you. Imagine some drops of rain are falling on it and slowly washing it away. Imagine that the remote control has a button and when pressed it will direct the TV and hit the sun. Press the button, see the TV hit the sun with the speed of a rocket and burn to ashes and from there a beautiful light flash upon you which makes you more beautiful and stronger person.
What will happen if you do this technique:- First, imagining TV and glass wall you will become disassociate from the event. Then the picture comes to colour less, blurry and a still photo instead of movie, disturbing volume will disappear. Gradually it is washed out by rain then totally destroyed by hitting the sun and the event become powerless.
There is words "memories are sweet". Feel the sweetness of the memory, why are you embarrassing yourself by picking up unnecessarily past painful, bad memories! Remember and feel the good memories over and over again then life will become really beautiful. live the life with glory not regret.

5 invisible laws of mind how to focus on your goal most of the time
Focus means where your concentration is. Our energy flows wherever our focus is. If your focus is on the goal then your problem will disappear, and if your focus is on the problem then the goal will disappear.
The very importent thing we need to do to be successful is to stay focused on our goals. In today's world of electronics-gadgets, T.V, social media our minds are easily diverted from one thing to another. Our minds lose their balance in the glare of tempting advertisements. We can't focus on a specific goal. Thus, one of the bad habits of our human race is to focus more on our environment or our own problems. This results in our goal being lost or blurred in front of us. Most of the time we spend thinking that if once this current problem in our lives is gone I will be successful and my life will change. But infact the exact opposite happens. What we focus on, our mind considers its importancy to us. And the job of the mind is to give a clarity of what we think is important to us, leaving the rest or blurring out in front of us. The narrower our focus, the better the results.
You can do a test yourself right now. Suppose you are away from your loved one at the moment and unable to see then focus your whole attention on your loved one, think about him or her in your mind. See, his or her, clear image will appear in front of you even though he or she is behind your eyes. There are many things in front of your eyes but the moment you focus your attention on someone, everything in front of your eyes disappears.
We all know that if we focus we can get very good results, we will succeed. But we do not know how to focus. Parents, or the teachers, said again and again to the children to concentrate or focus on their study. Now if that child asks, okay I'll focus, but how? Tell me the method. Think, do you have the answer to this simple but very important question of the child's mind?
Let's try to find the answer to this important question.
- Goal setting:- Set your goal firmly, following the right procedure. If you want you can follow the 'MASTERY' rules. Or if you have already set a goal, meditate on it, make it your constant companion, always remind yourself of your goal. You can use different methods for this, such as doing visualization in the morning, doing affirmation. Make sure you have a set time for your goals in your daily routine, even in the midst of your hundreds of engagements.
- Remove any 'either or' options of your goal:- Never keep the second option of your goal in life. Suppose someone says 'I will study engineering if I don't get a chance in medical in entrance exam'. That's what we do most of the time and that's why we get distracted. Your focus is bound to be diverted when you have the second option.
- Giving an example about this will help you to understand. Suppose you want go to a certain place, the way is unknown to you, you started the journey. Whenever there is a turn in the path, that is, the path splits in two or three, you may get confused, you will think of taking the easy straight path, even you may go astray. If there was only one path towards your goal, there would be no possibility of confusion or forgetting the path. No matter how inaccessible that path was, you would continue on that path. So blow up any such option like 'If it is not, I will do that'.
- Brake your journey to small chunks:- Most people lose their focus in the hope of achieving all the success together. It feels like a burden to push huge goals together in our minds. That is when the thought comes that it's not possible to achieve. So no matter how big the goal is, divide the way to get there into smaller chunks, focus on that. Just as small successes will lead you to goals, your attention and focus will increase a lot.
- Change submodalities of your goal:- I have said before that our minds are more focused on what it think is important. Consciously we all know what is important and what is not, but unconscious mind does not know. Our unconscious mind will feel important only when the sub-modalities of a thing will be very good. This means that the size of the picture in our mind will be bigger, colorful, life-size, three-dimensional, closer, the sound will be better and there will be feelings.
So build submodalities of your goal in mind so that it becomes most important to your subconscious mind. This means create the image of your goal in your mind large in size, colorful, three-dimensional, add feelings, make it movie, keep it closer, add some music.
- Make your goal interesting to yourself:- Interest in goal will only increase when you visualize the benefits that can bring happiness to your life. There are two things to look at, firstly, how much you will enjoy in the process of achieving the goal, secondly, how much enjoy you will have in life after achieving the goal, what changes will come, how beautiful life will be. Many people lose focus because they don't make the process enjoyable and funny.

I will discuss more in this context which makes our minds conflict. That is why we do visualization, or its relevance. What's the science behind that to make it so powerful tools. Before going into this context, I will mention a few facts in front of you.
Henry Ford, a historically popular figure who was an American industrialist and formulated the assembly line method for automobile manufacturing. Who revolutionized industry in the world. He was educated at the local one-room school for eight years. It was there that he first showed interest in mechanical instruments. So he revolutionized the automobile industry, or the Ford motors he made, on his mental screen through visualization long ago. Another example......
Arunima Sinha, Indian Mountain Climber and Sports Woman, is the world's first female amputee to scale Mount Everest, Mount Elbrus, Mount Aconcagua, Mount Kosciusko, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Vinson and Carstensz Pyramid. She was pushed from a running train by miscreants. As a result, her left leg was amputated below the knee, and a rod was inserted into her right leg, even the spine had multiple fractures. During the treatment, lying in a hospital bed, she visualise to climb up on Mount Everest.
Also think of any discovery, everything but visualised in the human brain then manifested in this world. This is the power of visualization, this is one of the unseen wonders of the world.
Information goes to our minds in the forms of Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic (touch, smell, test) and all information are filtered by our logical mind that is conscious mind. After filtering the conscious mind, whatever information is sent to the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind accepts it as a true and is busy on implementing it. Our subconscious mind does not know what is right and what is wrong.
Our conscious mind does not allow every thoughs to reach our subconscious mind easily. However, by following certain paths, information can be easily conveyed to the subconscious mind.
(1) Logic:- Our Conscious Mind tries to understand everything with logic and only when it is logically satisfied does it convey information to the subconscious mind.
(2) Repetition:- Anything we see, say or hear over and over again is registered in our subconscious mind. Repetition is one of the best tool to communicate with our subconscious mind.
(3) Emotions:- When we become emotional, of that moment any event, conversation or thought is directly registered in our subconscious mind.
(4) Hypnosis:- The word 'Hypno' means 'sleep' and the meaning of 'Hypnosis' is 'Induced sleep'. This means in that state our conscious mind falls asleep and there is no obstacle to stop any information. As a result, any information goes straight to our subconscious mind and implanted.
Visualization is the only way to maintain all the methods described above. Visualization creates a Cristal clear emage in our subconscious mind. This tools programmed our mind to find out the ways towards our success and make us ready to take action. The Creator has given us a higher faculty by which we can imagine and create different realities. When you have a vision and consciously drawing pictures in your mind, your thoughts will settle in your subconscious mind.

The real way to 'how the MIND itself can turn someone's life from hell to heaven'.
John Milton, Author ( Paradise Lost),
Today I will tell you a short story of Sindhutai Sapkal, the lady called "Mother of Orphans", whose nickname is Chindhi, which means a torn piece of cloth, was born on 14 November 1948 (age 72 years), Wardha, who was forced to drop out of fourth grade due to her family's commitment and early marriage. At the age of 10, she was married to a 30-year's-old man. When she was twenty, her husband beat her and threw her away and she was then nine months pregnant. Later, on the same day, she gave birth to a baby girl in a barn and walked a few kilometers to her mother's house. Her mother drove her away without giving her shelter. In such a helpless state, finding nothing, she finally cut off her umbilical cord with a sharp stone. This incident left such a deep scar on her mind that she wanted to commit suicide. Later she got rid of that thought and started begging at the railway station to bring after her daughter. While begging, she saw that there were many helpless children who are abandoned by their parents, and were begging with a lot of pain in their lives. She felt their pain and decided to adopt them. Her new war started, and she began begging loudly to put a handful of food in the mouths of the helpless children. Gradually she decided she would adopt all the Orphan kids there and she did so.
So far as she has adopted and cared for more than fifteen hundred Orphan Children. Not only that, she has taken all responsibility for their education, marriage, and establishment. Many of them are now established as doctors, engineers, or lawyers. She has won over 500 awards so far and she spent all the prize money on her children. She was conferred the Padma Shri in 2021 in the Social Work category. Many of you may know the life story of Dr. Sindhutai Sapkal. This story is probably inspiring many of you, or will, but most do not know that her mind is the mastermind of this outstanding achievement. There was no one or nothing with her. With her, there was no society, no environment, and no relatives. Except only one resource that is her mind'. It is this mind that has shown her the way out of the most complex problems and has given her the urge to live. She had many reasons to give up and commit suicide. Whenever she shifted her mind to the neglected children on the way, her mind comforted her by saying, "Look, these helpless children need you more than yours." Inspired by saying "You have to do something for them." From the core of her mind, she realized, 'What is the purpose of her life!' That's why she said, "I am there for all those who have no one".
Most of us (more than 95 percent) don't know what our purpose is. So we give up everything when something happens a little. We never ask ourselves, 'Did I come to this world for a purpose?' If you find your purpose in life, your life will be filled with happiness. This universe will give you a lot of logistics to survive. You can never harvest gold by scattering grass seeds in your fertile land. When you see a corpse coming out of the hospital, you start wailing, thinking, and saying all the negative things. Have you ever noticed how many new babies are being born in that hospital every day? Ever said 'wow what a wonderful!'
Our mind always wants to avoid pain and gain pleasure. The same thing happened with 'Mother of Orphans'. She was thinking about her pain all the time. She repeatedly told herself about the extreme pain of her life. In the end, she decided to commit suicide to get rid of that pain. Whenever she saw and thought about the street children, she immediately began to enjoy the pleasure of being able to do something for those children, the joy of being able to help others, and the joy of devoting herself to the welfare of others. Her mind was shifted to gain pleasure and today its real form is our 'Mother of Orphans'.
