Life changing '7 fundamental truths' you must believe

Believe-in-7-fundamental-truths-that-will-change-your-life

The lives of countless people flow in a normal way without even realizing that time has passed. To do something extraordinary in life, to achieve ultimate success, it is very important to be a good observer. And the main focus of that observation should be on oneself. Most of the time people are in autopilot mode, so even if they consciously know the most important things in life, they can't focus on it or they are unable to work on it. Most of the time what you want to do is not exactly what you want it to be because you have lost focus on the important and basic truths. The moment, you make a mistake, you reveal the truth for a while to get yourself back on track but very often you forget about it again. 'Accepting a few basic truths' can change a person's life. If you go through the history of successful people, you will see that the following seven basic truths are their main incantation.

1. Failure brings forth success:

To put it bluntly, most people in the world find it hard to believe that 'failure is the key to success', and that is why only about 5 percent of people succeed in the ultimate. Most people equate failure with disappearance. These people look at their own lives in such a way, and even when the lives of others are slightly challenged, they become so frustrated that every hope is lost.

Failure is not only the best and selfless teacher of life, but it gives birth to success and nurture. Suppose you are given a car that has no brakes and you can only accelerate, how far can you go with that car? Will it be possible to drive a long way without brakes? No Never, there must be obstacles on the way, speed breakers, turning everything; you need brakes to cross them, in the same way you need experience to overcome obstacles on the way to success. That experience can only be gained from failure. No matter how much a child is taught to walk by his parents, when he walks down the street he stumbles and gets up again. Failure can lead to a new direction, help to find a new path, and make you more determined. So if you accept the fact that failure gives birth to success, you will surely be able to create much better results in your life.

2. Responsibility for everything in the past, present and future of your life is yours:

You yourself have to take responsibility for your life, no one is responsible for it. Peace of mind can be found by pointing fingers at others, but this will only increase your reluctance and lead to failure. Rather than believing that all the good and bad things that have happened in your life or where you are now are all your responsibility. And if you take full responsibility for where you will be in the future, then nothing can demotivate you from outside. You have never had control over anything in this world, not yet, and will not in the future. The only thing you can control is your mind and this mind can control everything in your life. There are a lot of things happening in the outer world all the time and they will affect you; they will make you anxious when you open the door of your mind. So take responsibility for bringing this beautiful and very strong mind under your control. Blaming others and putting responsibility on the shoulders of others can never change your life in any way. Whoever did or said, who took responsibility or not, without thinking about them take your own responsibility.

Victory-is-beyond-fear

3. Victory is beyond fear:

Fear is the biggest enemy and obstacle in your life; the day you can overcome fear will be the biggest victory in your life. The human race is basically afraid of losing something, being humiliated, criticized and dying; besides, these common people are also very afraid of the financial struggle. Just think of the extent to which such fears can compress the lives of ordinary people. Most of these fears are based on fiction. The day you can get yourself out of these, you will see victory is waiting for you. Of course, I'm not saying that even if you don't know how to swim but jump into the water, your fear of death will go away.
Getting rid of any of these imaginary fears can be a daunting task in life, if you do not succeed, you will be criticized, humiliated, or lost in life. We also know that when we are born we will have to die and that it can happen at any moment, so why are we so afraid of accepting this eternal truth? Rather than plant the truth in your subconscious mind that victory before fear is guaranteed, it will help you move forward in the right direction in life.

4. Your self-worth is your true identity:

Hopefully you will get a lot of respect, love, you can create a lot of success. but you will never get more than your self-worth, or even if you do, it will be lost again. After wearing new expensive clothes, you can make yourself look glamorous for a few moments, but your true identity can never be hidden. Even if you consciously represent yourself outside of your values, there will be no change in your own life, until one's self-identity, that is, one's self-worth, is changed. If you are going to buy something, will you agree to pay the price if demanded too much? Don't you think again and again whether you are not going to be cheated! Employees to employers, businessmen to the unemployed, relatives to children will value you as much as your self-worth. So increase your values, your self-worth to make your life worthful.

5. Your thoughts with genuine feelings make your destiny:

If you think positively your life will move towards positive and if you think negative again and again you will move towards negative. The only way to re-program your mind is through your thought process. Once you think that certain tasks are not possible for you, you will not be able to do it despite having all the resources. If your own thoughts are always positive and your feelings are attached to it, then you will automatically walk in the right direction.

What is Visualization or Law of Attraction? These are the processes of associating your thoughts with your feelings so that an accurate and clear picture of the kind of life you want to lead is developed in your subconscious mind. If you go through all these processes again and again, your desire will turn into a burning desire and you have to get up and go out of your comfort zone and take the right action to fulfill your dream.

6. Actions produce results:

No matter how much talent or knowledge you have, they are useless unless you are taking action. Think a thousand thoughts, make thousands of plans, take action if you want to implement them, to manage your life in the right way. Remember that every minute, every hour, the result of your life is being produced, how much that result will be for or against you depends entirely on the action you take in the right direction. Do you know what is the difference between those who manage the lottery game and those who play it! The person who runs the lottery game can create huge amounts of wealth by spending billions of rupees every day. Lottery players are day dreamers, dreaming of getting rich without taking any action. The person who is managing the lottery game is taking appropriate action to achieve his goal. He makes plans to engage millions of people or take money from them and take action accordingly. Plant this universal fundamental truth that no extraordinary results will be created without any proper action.

7. You have all the resources you need or you can create them:

In order to reach your destination, in order to achieve your outcome, all the resources you need are present in you; otherwise you can create them; you have to believe in yourself. Happiness, confidence, courage, health, love, ecstasy, you already have all those main resources. The rest is money and manpower, you will be able to arrange these if you want. If you are in good health, if you are motivated and feel confident, then getting these is not a complicated task for you. The existing resources within you can mobilize many more resources. So without neglecting all these resources, nurturise them carefully and make them better, you can get a lot in life.

How do you develop self-control to be a strong personality

      • The importance of self-control.

      • Reasons behind loss of self-control
      • How do you develop self-control?

The greatest aspect of self-control is to keep oneself away from any temptation
from pixabay

The greatest aspect of self-control is to keep  oneself away from any temptation, negative emotion, bad temper, anger, hatred - all these un-resourceful mental states. Self-control is the ability to control one's behavior and thoughts in a positive way.

The effects of self-control on life:-  Normal people start behaving abnormally due to lack of self-control.  Research says in lack of self-control leads to murder people and breaks up relationship. Lack of self-control leads people to bad habits, that is, self-love is also coated. Lack of self-control makes people greedy, lustful which leads more to evil deeds.

Once you look back to your life, you will find that your lack of self-control is at the root of somewhere or other of your painful memories. We almost all think we have enough self-control, but is that really true? If you have self-control then why do you get angry suddenly?  Why are you so emotionally broken?  Why don't keep yourself away from tempting spicy foods to keep the body healthy?  How do others light the lamp of your mood?

The importance of self-control:-  Science says self-control has a significant impact on your physiological and mental state. Self-controlled persons are much healthier and happier than others. Lack of self-control can shake your steadfast attitude towards your goals and even shake the foundation of a successful life. One small mistake in life that takes a few minutes to make can leave a mark on your whole life. Self-control, self-discipline is the only medicine that can stop you from making all these mistakes.

Most of the time we try to control other but we don't focus on our self-control. 'How can one who has no control over oneself go to control another?'  If you ask yourself this question, you will become low in your mind, you will lose. Self-control increases our love for ourselves, increases self-confidence, self-esteem. Self-control involves examining all aspects of a situation and understanding how to choose the best one. There must be self-control to choose the best way of life.

the strongest horse is guided by the words of a much less powerful rider

If you can't control yourself, you won't be able to know when your control will be transferred to someone else. Even the strongest horse is guided by the words of a much less powerful rider than by it, controlled by his tapping, his whip, his bridle. Make yourself a good rider without making yourself a strong horse, life is yours so become your own director.

Reasons behind loss of self-control:-  There are two main reasons  that we can't control ourselves.

Firstly, Instant Gratification:- The pleasure of temporary Instant Gratification is easily absorbed in our minds because we are not clear of our future gift. We all know what the future holds for eating chocolate but instant gratification, temporary pleasure attracts us so much that we forget the pain of the future. The mind becomes so overwhelmed with instant gratification that it blurs the two images of the future pain and pleasure. As long as the long-term rewards are not clear to you, the short-term aspirations will never stop, you will be unable to control yourself.

Secondly, Lack of self understanding, lack of knowing one's own strength:-  We do not understand our power, do not understand ourselves. We always keep questions about our own abilities, on own self, as a result, faith and love for oneself gradually decreases and trust and reliability on others increases. Gradually we become accustomed to the cooperation of others, our reliance on others grows. Our own willpower disappears, so we don't even realize that when we have lost self-control, someone else has become our controller.

How to develop self-control:-

Delay gratification:- Sometimes it's called deferred gratitude. It is the resistance to the temptation of an immediate pleasure. Your mind is drawn to delay gratification if you can convince your mind in the right way, what are the great rewards that  you will achieve in the process you are in, if you can move forward by giving up the instant gratification. The clearer the image of the future in our minds, the more excited we will be to find it, which will save you from being lured. This needs to be more motivated and more steadfast towards goals. Proper use of thought process in a purposeful and creative way can increase a lot of the taste of delay gratification which directly affects the self-control.

One of the most beautiful ways to build a habit of delay gratification is to bring two images to mind. First image, What you can gain and what you are going to lose in the future if you succumb to the temptation of instant gratification, clear all the images in your mind. Then break your state and highlight the second image to your mind. Imagine how much rewards you are going to achieve, how bright the future will be if we do not succumb to lure. Visualization in this way will be programmed in your powerful subconscious mind, that will not allow you to fall into the clutches of temptation easily.

More Articles About program your powerful subconscious mind:

Improve yourself:- There are many aspects of life where we can improve ourselves. Every moment of every day we have many opportunities to improve ourselves, to be more constructive. From a student to a business person, employee, scientist, or a politician, there are many more areas to grow in life.  As you improve yourself, the small greeds will continue to merge. Then you will no longer be tempted to lower yourself in the temptation, the more you improve, the more self-control will gradually increase.

The fundamental activities from research is that restraint is eventually restricted by our science. We can't practice effortful Self control endlessly – the mind needs to do ordinary upkeep to stay useful.

The justification for why certain individuals are great at self-control in any case isn't on the grounds that they put forth more attempt. All things considered, these individuals keep away from effortful systems like concealment and opposition and utilize simpler procedures like re-examination. Rather than effortfully restraining their programmed drives, they sidestep them. Along these lines, they don't burden their cerebrum, which then, at that point, don't need to do housekeeping so rapidly. Subsequently, they are allowed to put their work into seeking after their objectives, rather than battling with themselves.

Researchers have shown that people who have fostered a mental self image around prudent exercises are bound to recognize and resolve self-control conflicts. For these individuals, reveling causes an expense for their mental self-portrait – it goes against the convictions they have about themselves. Then again, staying away from the enticement and picking the choice with deferred rewards secures their mental self-portrait

Individuals-high on restraint-often practice self-control just to motion toward themselves that they have solid self-discipline. The more powerful the enticements, the greater the pleasure they derive from overcoming them.

How can we take control over our anger completely

"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.".... Buddha

Anger is one of our emotional states. We all experience it in life. We can show anger means it is beyond our control or someone or something or some events may make us angry.

In first case anger may become our assets when it is under our control and when we utilise it in a proper way, in a suitable situation. It can protect you from misrule by others.

In the second case, that is, when our anger is controlled by something external, it is our discredit. It is your defeat, it is the loss of your life, it can bring disaster into your life, it can even take your life away. This kind of anger can turn a person to an animal.
Both of these two resources are present in us. Whichever of these you inhance will become the director of your life. That will create your identity.
We get angry when we try to control others and we get out of control. Think about it, if you have no control over yourself, how do you control something external?

People who get angry for little things are all very aware of the issue and understand very well what kind of disaster this anger has caused or will bring to their own lives. All of these people have repeatedly said that anger needs to be reduced, but they burst in perticular situation.

There are deep reasons behind this which we do not understand or try to understand. Firstly, the person who get angry in very little has created his own identity by repeatedly telling himself that 'I am angry'. Almost everyone in their family and friends identified them as an 'angry person'. In some cases, parents say that 'my child is very angry'. Repeated use of such kinds of words is ingrained in the unconscious mind of the person or child without our conscious awareness. This kind of generalization about oneself or the child or someone in the family creates a belief in the mind that influences his or her actions. Later in future it become his or her behaviour.

Secondly, we hand over the control of our minds to the environment as well as to the people around us. Naturally, when all these external things do not work according to us, we get excited. In some cases you will see that one person gets angry when he sees another person. This means that the second person has become the trigger of the first person's anger.
Thirdly, when we are not comfortable, that is, suffering from depression, physical illness, a traumatic event occurs. Then we automatically feel an irritating pain from the inside which causes us to become angry.
How can you manage your anger:-
(1) Relaxation Techniques:- Sit in a quiet secluded place at certain times each day and take long deep breaths slowly and when you exhale slowly, pronounce the word 'relax'. Repeat this process ten to fifteen times.
(2) Deley The Response:- Our brain responds in two ways to an event. The first is the immediate response that comes out in the hit of the moment which is not a rational or the logical. On the other hand another response is coming after 10 to 15 minutes. This response is very logical or rational. If you respond a little late to an incident, your response will be very reasonable and without anger. When you get very angry for some reason, temporarily remove yourself from the situation until you become cool and calm.

(3) Unacceptanc:- The matchstick called 'unacceptance' can ignite the explosive in each of us. Most of the time we have this feeling inside ourselves that what people are doing is not right or what is happening to me is not right. Instead we need to believe those every person whatever they are doing at their place are right in their place. Maybe his level of understanding is not well developed or he is not well aware. It may not be that he is knowingly making a mistake. You may accept as the way they are. Create another belief in your mind, that is 'What is happening, happen for a purpose.'
(4) Internal Communication:- This is the most important thing we can do to get rid of our anger permanently. The terrible unresourceful state of anger in our lives can be changed in a moment by some neurological alignment. Your brain will respond to the signals in the form of visual auditory and kinesthetic you send to it of an event or a person you think about. You can't change or control the event or the situation. You can only control the process of your thinking.
Suppose someone is screaming at you from very near. You want to scream back or want to hit on the mouth of them. In that perticular moment someone tell you that the person is hungry for two days. Will you have anger in this situation? No, on the contrary, you will be kind and careful to them. In this case, neither the event nor the situation changed. Just the story that you made up in your mind about the event has changed, the process of thought has changed. If you change the visual, auditory and kinesthetic of this unpleasant event, your personal representation will change completely. You will never get angry.

The factors, responsible for our demotivation and how to get motivated

pixabay

TABLE OF CONTENT
    • What is the most important thing about motivation?
    • Factors work behind our demotivation.
    • What are your motivating factors?
    • What skills do you need for motivation?
    • What are the areas of motivation?
    • How can we always be motivated?

We all want to be motivated to reach  goals and also in all the activities of our daily lives. Sometimes we temporarily become very motivated about certain things. After a few hours or a few days, that motivation disappears automatically. We all know what to do in our own field or which way to go. For example, a student knows how to read well, a family member knows what to do for the family and how. A businessman or an employee knows how to speed things up, even though they have lost their mental strength to do so. Everything becomes irrational and meaningless without motivation. The power of motivation makes everything from waking up to studying, working, and even eating and drinking enjoyable, pleasant, and easy. Without motivation, it is almost impossible to achieve any of your big goals.

Let me give you a few examples with which you can relate real life events. Suppose you go for a tour or excursion somewhere and you will have to go out at five in the morning, you get excited and get up at four if you aren't an Early Riser. But you find it difficult to wake up at five in the morning to go for a walk or exercise. Or if one day you have to go out for office work at 5 in the morning, you will see that your energy has gone down a lot; you don't want to get up, even if the clock rings repeatedly. In all cases, the only challenge you have is to get up at five in the morning. Though in each case your attitude is different, this is because of motivation and demotivation.

If you look at simply waking up, you will understand how energetic you are at the time of going out for an outing. It is because of our excitement! If our logical mind is completely satisfied with the ongoing questions about a task, we never lose interest or get demotivated to the task. Getting up in the morning is a similar challenge for you but your logical mind is satisfied because the mind is the solicitor to see or enjoy the beauty; that is, the mind will be filled with joy when you go out. The questions running through your mind, what will you see, what will you eat, how much will you enjoy, how much will you enjoy the beauty of the place, etc. So the logical mind is logically satisfied with the whole process of what we're going to get and how, that is our outcome.

On the contrary, if you have to wake up at the same time for some office work, the logical mind has not been satisfied with the information that we give it, and we become demotivated. You will also check that this information usually goes, I do not enjoy the work, it is very difficult to get up in the morning, how to get to work, when the work will be finished, how to return home, if the work is not completed, what is my benefit in this work? etc. That is, our mind suffers from uncertainty and feels insecure. Ultimately it is not clear to our minds what we will achieve by doing the work so our minds lose motivation and suffer from infighting. Several factors work behind our demotivation.

(1) FEAR:- Excessive thinking and complicated thinking about something creates fear in our minds. This fear disturbs our minds, makes our minds hesitant. Fear is not always our obstacle; but sometimes it becomes very useful to us and careful for us.

(2) LACK OF CLARITY:- What you are going to do, why you are going to do it; how to do it, what is the real result! If we do not have a clear picture in our minds about these, we automatically become demotivated.

3) CONFLICT OF BELIEFS AND VALUES:- Values are our own personal and unique belief in what is most important to us; belief in what is right and wrong. If we don't have belief in the values of a task in our mind, conflict starts in our mind and we also become de-motivated.

(4) PHYSICAL ILLNESS:- We often lose motivation due to our physical illness. Our minds become very weak when we are physically ill. Our physiology and personal internal representation influence each other, so our mind goes down when our physiology is in an unresourceful state.
We are usually motivated in two ways. (1) we can be motivated by external sources (2) we can be motivated by our own mind.

1)MOTIVATION BY EXTERNAL SOURCES:-
In this case, an outsider, be it your lover, a motivational speaker or someone else, or the attraction to money or other things may encourage you and you feel motivated. Usually this type of inspiration is not long lasting to keep your motivation up. In most cases these are temporary stimuli and within a few days the inner conflict resumes and we become demotivated. The main reason for this is that they do not work from the root. Many times financial rewards, compliments, progress, competitions are inspirational as boosters to motivate in a specific task.

2)MOTIVATED BY OUR OWN MIND:- If we are motivated from within our minds for a task, the motivation never goes away. In order to be motivated from within, we need to get rid of unreasonable fears. If we ask ourselves, 'what is stopping me? What am I afraid of? What is the real purpose behind this fear?' our mind will give us a reality about the obstacles, then we can easily find out the way to overcome them.
Before doing any work or setting a goal, give the mind full clarity about the work, how to do it, when to do it, in how many days it will take, what will be your achievements. Ask yourself what is most important to you. As I said before, fear is sometimes helpful to us.

If you try to remember a little bit, you will find that in the past you were motivated a lot on something bigger than the present task and you have achieved success. One thing to keep in mind is that 'we already have the resources to motivate'. Just waiting to awaken those up with the right tools.

How can mental anxiety turn a person's beautiful life into hell?

I am mentioning once again the famous quote of John Milton, the Western philosopher
"The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven"..

Howard Hughes in full Howard Robart Hughes, Jr. ( Born December 24,1905, Houston Texas. Died - April 5,1976 in an Airplane over Southern Texas), was an American manufacturer, aviator, producer and director of Hollywood film. He was one of the wealthiest person. He gained so much fame as a playboy that many famous heroines fell in love and went out with him. Yet when he was 45 years old the fear of germs overwhelmed his life. Whenever he thought he was disinfected, he would be terrified of being attacked by germs from outside. Specific rules were laid down for all of his servants. They should wash their hands repeatedly with soap and wipe their hands with tissues before supplying food. He himself used to wash his hands with soap in such a way that blood would come out from his own hands. He used to cover his feet with tissue bags. When he noticed that a servant was sick, he would ordered to burn his wardrobe so that it would be completely sterile.

He became a reduse and practically met nobody apart from his closest aides. He spent most of his last life in various confidential luxury hotels in the Bahamas, Nicaragha, Mexico, Canada, England, Vegas, etc., with utmost secrecy. At the age of 70, he found himself in complete captivity in his own dengeon, both mentally and physically, before he died. Such a man who, in spite of having so much fame, money, power, was miserable because not of the lack of anything external, but only because of his lack of willpower, lack of mind set. Unnecessary fear made his last life hell. He got everything he wanted in the world but was forced to distant himself from everything because he did not make his mind beautiful and did not program the mind. Everything was ready for him in the outside world to enjoy the ultimate joy of life and almost everything was under his control.  The only thing he didn't control was his own thoughts, own mind. He was a man who looked at the world with an external cripple of control. The focous of such people are of what other people are doing, what their behavior is, how external events affect their lives, what control they have, and so on. As a result, they feel helpless, upset, bitter and frustrated. Those who can control their minds know that they have only control over themselves. They are very confident in their own abilities. They know that many things may be happened in the outside world but they have complete control over what their reaction will be.

You will have to open the window of your mind to see the beauty of outside world. The door of the mind must be opened so that the excellent beauty of the Universe can be entered. Our closed mind is simply nestle panic whether it is terrified of a virus attack or of death.

So if you don't have control over your mind, if you don't program your mind, your name and fame, wealth, power in the outside world, everything will be worthless.

I explained in a previous post how a life can go from hell to heaven with a beautiful life story and in this post I showed how a life  turns from heaven to hell. There are two ways open to each of us. If we use our minds consciously, we will be able to walk in the right way.

'MASTERY', the golden way to set goals and achieve them

If the goalposts are removed in the game of football, will you have any interest in playing football? In the same way our minds lose all inspiration if we have no Goal in life. Goal setting is the target to achieve something what you want within a certain period of time. That means setting a specific outline of what kind of success you want to achieve on or health, wealth, love, relationships, job or study and within how many days you want to achieve.

The problem is that, in many cases we fix our goal but we don't know how to achieve them. As a result, after setting a goal for a while, we set it again if it is not complete, then we set another, if not, then after a while, we get tired and leave everything.
There are two states of goal setting, the first is Desire State where you want to reach and the second is Present State where you are standing right now. The way between these two is our journey or the specific strategy for the journey towards our goal.
How to set your goal or outcome:-
Specify your goal at the beginning and write it down. Define the goal, whatever it is, health, wealth, love, relationships, hapyness etc. by the formula which is called 'MASTERRY'.
'M' for Meaningful:- You need to make sure that your goal has a specific meaning and measurable. You should not write anything imaginary or unreal. For example, Suppose you set a goal on health, you will reduce your weight from 75 kg to 50 kg within one month. This is unrealistic. Because losing 25kg of weight in a month may collapse your internal systems.
'A' For Achievable:- Ask yourself if you have enough faith in the goal, you wrote, that is achievable. Examine thoroughly if your mind is interfering the goal you set or if you feel that it is impossible to reach it. Set another goal if your mind interrupts.
'S' For Specific and Simple:- Your goal should be explained in simple language, especially in a few lines. This will make easily understandable to your subconscious mind and the subconscious mind will accept it very fast.

'T' For Time bound:- Set a time for what you want to achieve and write it down. Suppose you want to buy a car, set a specific date for it and note it down.
'E' For Ecology check:- Ecology means checking your inner and outer environment. We can divide ecology into two categories, Internal Ecology and External Ecology. Internal ecology means you have to look at what are your internal obstacles in the way of reaching your goal or how happy you will be if your goal is achieved.
External ecology means that you need to examine how the environment where you live or the family you live in is hindering your goals or supporting you.
'R' For Responsibility:- You will have to take full responsibility for the goal you are setting and not to put the responsibility on anyone else. For example, if you want to build a good relationship with someone, if you impose responsibility on him or her without taking responsibility or changing yourself, you will never success.
'Y' For Yearning:- Yearning means you will have to have strong will power to fulfill the goal. Only if you have this burning desire you will be inspired and motivated from within.

How to achieve the goal:- You know your present state, you have created your desire state through 'MASTERY'. Now come to the point.
STRATEGIES:- To create a specific strategy is the next step for your journey towards your goals from your present situation. Divide it into smaller chunks to make it easier for your brain to understand. Suppose these little chunks are your milestones . Keep collecting the logistics(money , manpower, knowledge, whatever it's) you need to cross each milestone and move forward. See how easily you have crossed each milestone and enjoy the joy of crossing each milestone (Success) and reward yourself.

SELF-DISCIPLINE:-
Keep in mind that the most expensive weapon to achieve your goal is self-discipline. It is the conscious awareness of action and to change our habits that might be holding us back. If you are not self-disciplined you will not be able to take the right action and if you do not take action you will never reach your goal.
CLARITY:-
You must have enough clarity about your goal. When you go through the process of ' MASTERY' to set your goal, you will get the total clarity of your goal and this will help you to build the strategies to achieve them. To bring more clarity to your mind live as if you already have achieved your goal or outcome. Visualise about it.
FOCUSED:- Be focused on the efforts towards your goal. Sometimes there may be many obstacles in the way of achieving your goals but never lose focus. You may not be able to keep up with the same pace every day, but that doesn't mean you have to lose focus and give up everything.
