For your better understanding take some examples. Suppose, one, who invented the bulbs or the one who invented the car did not make them by looking outside. First it was created in their minds then it gradually manifested by themselves. Millions of such discoveries, climb to the summit of Himalayas, the multi-billion dollar business, any success or the everlasting immortal love are all but created from this infinite treasure of ours.

She was born without arms due to a rare Birth defect. From the very early stage of her child hood she always had one thought in her mind. She had a dream to fly in the sky.
"You can achieve everything that you set in your mind. No matter the difficulties, there is always a way to reach your destination". And she is the living proof of that.

Indomitable willing power: Start with defining your Goal. Make it more specific and realistic. You have to decide where to go and then how to go. Awaken the indomitable willing power to accomplish that goal of yours. Never mind that if it doesn’t I will do something else. In such either or situation, your mind will always choose the destiny which is easy and comfortable. We start walking towards a specific goal, you see, we leave that path only after a short interruption. Many big obstacles may come in your way that will make you shrink. Only your overwhelming willpower can peris all these obstacles and can mixed them with dust. This overwhelming willpower of yours is created in the subconscious mind. This willpower will only get stronger when you keep saying, seeing and feeling it over and over in your mind. Visualise that you have already achieved your goals, listen to what compliments people are giving to you, see what you are doing, feel how happy you are. Make a beautiful movie in your mind. Watch that movie every day after you wake up and before you go to bed. Thus your subconscious mind will get inspired and will be busy to manifest them.
Belief: You must have an unshakable belief in yourself. For some reason, don't let impeachment in your mind that this is not possible by me. Each of us has the power to choose and to direct our thoughts in any direction we want. Direct your mind to avail of the opportunities. Positive thinking will keep you in resourceful state which will change your behaviour. Your behaviour will produce action and action will produce results. A lot of times it happens that your mind gets panicked when you see the huge picture of your goal and loses faith. Divide your ultimate goal into smaller chunks. Now keep achieving them by making small targets of one year, one month or one week. This type of small achievement develop your self belief which will motivate and inspire you ( your subconscious mind) towards your big goal.
Emotions and feelings: The conscious mind (guard) will only leave the way when you add emotions and feelings to your thoughts. Only the thoughts fraught with genuine emotions and feelings can reach directly to your Subconscious Mind. Unfortunately our negative thoughts have more emotions and feelings so it gets stronger and reaches the subconscious mind faster. Eliminate any negative emotions and stop negative affirmation. The most powerful stimulating emotions are faith , love and sex.

It doesn't take a hammer to break a relationship, a few words are enough. Relationship is the most sensitive issue in our life but we have no more sense about it. We are very worried about our relationship in daily life. Mortality rate for relationship tensions are higher than deaths from any perticular disease. In addition, many people die emotionally, many people become mentally unbalanced and children lose the peace and pace of life. And there are always deaths or other mishaps due to abdication in love. Many families are falling apart due to bad relationships, the work environment in the office-court is being ruined, many businesses are going to downfall. I'm not just talking about one or two types of relationships. All kinds of relationships, such as husband-wife, parents, children, teacher-student relations, colleague, Love relationship.
All of us are very aware that Positive relationships increase people's energy, improve their performance. The positive vibration of a good relationship makes our world beautiful and makes a life of disease free, increase the overall efficiency.
Let's take a look before the reasons for breaking up our relationship, then we will find the ways to build good relationships.
The FIRST reason is that every person seeks something new in his life. SECOND is breaking trust. THIRD is, Catching the person making mistake and reprimanding or punishing him for it, and the FOURTH is Ignorance.
We, most of the people love kids. But think about it, do we deal-in with those kids properly? We constantly hinder the kids from doing what they want to do and we don't give them anything unless they are very persistent. We look at a child only when he is mischievous. When they do something good or play on their own, we ignore them. It is our nature to draw attention of others, so children are constantly mischievous in order to draw attention.Then we get annoyed and scold them. The home environment is perished. It breaks the child's mind and wound the relationship.
When a man or woman returns home after work, he or she seeks relaxation, albeit a little physically or mentally. As soon as the man returns home, generally most of the families start complaining about the lack of things, complaining about the children. In this the person's anger reaches to its climax and as a result of this happening again and again, rift forms in relationship.
Most of the time we keep ourselves busy to find the scars of others. In this affair, we do not see anything good. This type of behavior is more detrimental to any relationship.
Any love relationship or newly married life will look sweet at the beginning. In fact, in early stage of any relationship there is newness, wanting to get to know each other, giving roses or gifts on a special day , careing for each other, careing for emotions. They talk to each other openly or listen to each other with carefully. Gradually, these little things begin to disappear. Far from giving gifts or roses, we don't give even time to each other. Gradually the interest decreases, acerbity grows to each other , emotions fade away and trust disappeared. Eventually the relationship broke down. According to human nature, in search of something new, they get involved in illicit relationships.
Now let's see how we can make our relationship stronger and smoother.
Build Trust: Trust and friendship are the foundation of a relationship. So first of all make them so strong and beautiful that it does not become shaky under any circumstances. If someone doesn't trust you and doesn't like you, they may be loyal to you but will never accept you from the heart. And if no one accepts you from the heart, you can't think of a relationship. If you can bring faith in the place of fear, the relationship will be intact. Trust can be built by spending lots of time together, discussing with open mind, helping each other selflessly.Take genuine interest to the people, not become a survent to them.
Catching People Doing Right : Remember that the more you pay attention to human behavior, the more repetitive it will be. So don’t give too much importance to the mischief of those who are related to you. Pay attention to what he is doing right or trying to do right. Give reward for doing positive. Reward make more sense. And it will encourage to do better in future. Rewards , means anything, hugs, applause, compliments or any other material things, whatever it is, pay reward. Accentuate on the positive, not on any negative. If you can make those as habit, everyone will love you and the relationship will be strong. Be the master of your communication, be careful of your words , tonality of voice.
Reduce Expectations , Increase Acceptance: Never impose the burden of expectations on anyone, be it your children, office workers or your life partner. If you expect something from someone, if that expectation is not fulfilled then your anger and resentment towards him will increase. You may have thousands of expectations, but that doesn't mean everyone else is there to meet them. If the relationship is positive, you will see that your expectations are automatically met. We never report ourselves for our mistakes. Learn to report yourself. Increase your acceptance, be responsible, if you value or love someone they will accept you today or tomorrow, be patient.

How to Program Your Subconscious Mind

Mind is the element of a person that enables him or her to be aware of inner and outer world. Mind and Brain are associated to each other. Brain is the physical thing which can be touched but mind is not touchable. For our better understanding we can compare the brain as the hardware portion and mind as software portion of the computer. In the present age our brain is made up of almost equal neurons. There are some exceptions such as brain hemorrhage, abnormal delivery etc.. The main difference among people is their software, that is, the mind. We have this software full of viruses and we do not update our software (mind). Now you tell me if a new computer with latest hardware can run with the old software with virus!!. I will tell you later what the viruses are and how to update our software , before that we have to know how many types of mind and what or how they work.
The mind can be divided into three levels 1) Conscious mind 2) Subconscious mind 3) Unconscious mind. When it comes to Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP), we combine the unconscious and subconscious minds into the Subconscious minds for our better understanding.
1) Conscious Mind:-
The Conscious mind involves all the things that we are thinking at present state. It is the aware portion of mind. Although its power is relatively very low , still it plays the role of driver. Its capacity is around 10 percent of our total mind. It has no memory and can hold one thought at a time. The function of this mind is to:
A)Identifying:- It identifies incoming information through six senses . In short we can call it VAK ,that is Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic (Kinesthetic=touch , feelings, smell, taste). Suppose you are walking down the street and someone calls you by name, your mind will go there and try to find out from where the sound is coming. Immediately your Conscious Mind started the second task i.e. B)Comparing:- And to do that, Conscious Mind conveys the news to Subconscious Mind. At the same time the subconscious mind compares with the old pictures or information lying in it who called you and send back the information to Conscious Mind. Immediately the third task i.e. C) Analysis begins. Analysing to find out what the purpose is to call you. And the fourth task i.e. D) Deciding begins. That means deciding whether or not to respond or how to respond.
2) Subconscious Mind:
It is our creative mind. It holds the maximum capacity of our mind (almost 90 percent). Our subconscious mind controls all major and most important processes of our body like breathing, heart beat, blood circulation, digestion etc.. It is so powerful that it begins to execute any ideas that is pop-up in our mind. This mind has no power to judge. We have to choose consciously what is good for us and what is bad. When we think or do something over and over again, it will registered in our subconscious mind. Subconscious Mind is a fertile land for us. The better seeds we sow in this land, the better the harvest we draw. And, if the seeds of the weed are sown, then weeds grow. Most of the time in life we see bad news, criticize people and even we ourselves often think negatively or say bad things, they sow weeds in our minds.
We have all the resources i.e happyness , health, wealth ,love , success what we need. All are existed in our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is full of priceless treasures. With real use of it, we can get what we want.
How the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed:
First we need to have strong belief in ourselves . Our subconscious mind will be very inspired and will respond to our language if we can make positive affirmations with strong belief. Any fear and doubt is very harmful to our mind. Daily affirmation is very impactful to mind.

Thirdly: Visualise what you want to get or want to be in your life, suppose you are enjoying that moment right now. Enjoy that moment with emotions and feelings.
Fourthly:Avoid any criticism, negative news. These are very deadly viruses for mind. Look at the many good things that are happening in the world at every moment. The more you watch and enjoy the good events, the more your subconscious mind will be filled with positive energy and the more you will move towards success.
Fifth: Never make excuses for anything and blame anyone. By doing these, your mind becomes accustomed to the same thing and tries to give you back the same thing. Take the responsibility. Remember that you are only responsible for your own life , no one else.

How can we become happy
In fact there is no definite definition of happiness. The meaning and interpretation of happiness is different for different people. Still I would say, Happiness is one of the greatest resourceful state of our mind , characterized by feelings of joy, satisfaction and fulfilment. It is the balance of emotions. Our mind wanders from resourceful state to unresourceful state and vice versa. When our mind is in resourceful state we feel happiness. If we can keep our mind in resourceful state we can spend most of our time happily. Most of us are trying to find happiness from the outer world. This is the main reason why our happiness disappeared. The outside world can give you the happiness for few moments, never more than that. Your happiness will disappear immediately when your external environment and situation disappears. Happiness will last a lifetime only if we can edify our mind beautifully and create a happy atmosphere inside our mind. We light lamps to remove the darkness of the house, unhappiness is the darkness of our mind. There are so many bright lamps in our minds that if we lighten them we will get our happiness back.These are the countless small happy events that happen in our lives , when we recall them the bright light of happiness shone.
Our state of mind depends on 'personal internal representation (PIR) and physiology'. Together they create our state of mind. The amusing thing is that one influences other. If we can change one of them , other will change automatically and instantly. Let's find out what they are and how to change them from any unresourceful state to resourceful state.
PERSONAL INTERNAL REPRESENTATION:-
"Events have no meanings ,we give it meaning" . That is, there is no meaning of any event what is happening in outer world ,we give meaning to it as per our perception. Our perception depends on VISUAL , AUDITORY AND KINESTHETIC submodalities. Personal internal representation is the image that is formed in our mind through these three sensory languages. If we can change these three sensory languages of our understanding of the mind, our perception of events will be changed. The meaning of same event seems different to defferent people. If we regard in a slightly different way to the external events that stir our mind, it will create positive impact in our subconscious mind.
Create a deep belief in your mind that "Everything happens , happen for a purpose". With this belief find out the purpose of what happened to you , what are the positive intention within. For example, if there is an accident in our house, it is normal that our mind will be unhappy. If we want, we can fade our state of mind a lot. How? We need to think instantly about what we can do for the rest of the family. It will strengthen us and take us in a resourceful state.
Did you know that a beautiful world exists in your mind?
Most of the people keep their mind mucky and unholy. Happiness will not come to you until you have cleansed this world of your mind. To do so, always speak positively to yourself and embrace only the valuable things from what is happening outside.
PHYSIOLOGY:-
In terms of physiology, basically I am indicating about the body language. Just as our body language can awaken us, it can plunge us into deep darkness. You will see that when we feel happiness, our chests become wider, our faces become brighter, and our movement become lusty and sinewy. Similarly, when our mind is perturb , it tormented our physiology. If we keep our body language in positive our mind will shift into resourceful state. If for some reason our mind is in unresourceful state and the body posture is in down position, immediately shake the body, widen the chest, raise the neck, bring a smile on your face and you will feel happy. You can't feel unhappy with positive physiology.
Remember the quote of WAYNE DYER'S "if you can't keep yourself happy, you are burden to someone else".
