How can we cope with our problems or challenges?
What we usually call a problem is a slightly different name that is 'Challenge'. There are many reasons to say so. First of all, it has become programming in our (subconscious) mind to say over and over again that it is a encumber on us. Calling it a little different will reduce that burden a lot. The problem is a worm in our mind that devour us from the inside out. And challenge means to us whom we can face, whom we can be no
In. So first of all I would say change using the word from today, use 'CHALLENGE' instead of problem.
The problem for us is an enemy of our own making from which we either want to run away or we surrender. But incase of challenge ,we except it. That is, 'challenge' is a word that stimulates us to overcome it. The power is developed within us to face it. The word 'Problem' instill fear in our minds, shrink our mind. When that becomes a challenge, enthusiasm comes from within. Using the word challenge makes you feel like a participant in a competitive situation.
If you take this problem as a challenge you will see that you have resisted and your so-called problem has run away in fear of you. Did you know that we have all the resources we need? So use your unlimited power of mind .You must find the solution.
How complex a challenge becomes to you depends entirely on how you respond to it and what you give meaning to it.
MAKE A PLAN :-
Find out your real challenge first, it may be your love , financial, health, relationship whatever it is. Keep writing on a white piece of paper in the same way as I drew the picture. Write your challenge in the middle of the circle and find the solution one by one and write them as per sequence. When you start writing, you will see that the big circle is filled with the solutions. Get started with what you can do quickly and prepare yourself for the rest.
You should consult your teachers, gurus or gurudev whom you believe, discuss the whole matter openly with him or her. It may be that the problem you have been trying to solve for months will be solved in a few minutes. Of course, in this case, the person you choose should be very kind and responsible to you. You should have good rapport with him or her also.
OBSERVE AND DECIDE :-
When you are in a challenge take a step backwards and observe very carefully as an observer. Try to find out 'what is important to you' and why? Repeat this question yourself again and again. Your inner voice will give answer soon ,act accordingly. When a person is looking for a solution from us to any of his challenges, we can easily find a solution. When similar problems arise in our own case we do not find solutions to them. Why? Because we're associated with those challenges. Imagine you are transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl and see another you with the problem, then suggest to your problematic version. You will see how easily you have found the solution. Imagine that you are advising your best friend. Try to get into the problem and observe it well , find out where its source is or its root cause. It will not sheer of you until you have uprooted it.
Never try to run away from the problem, deal with it face to face. Suppose you are unable to repay a loan to someone. You can meet him directly or talk to him. He may be angry with you at first but he will understand if you explain your problem. Yes, you must have 100 percent honesty. You must know that 'there is no problem in the world that cannot be solved'. Remember, take advice from other person but don't go for asking help. Only when your inner strength is awakened you will be able to solve any external problem. If you want to get help from others, they will weaken you and try to take advantage of your weakness.

5 ways to overcome worries.
Are you really worried? Then read my words carefully and apply them and you will see where the thoughts have disappeared. Sometimes we get very worried about different things. We cannot find a way to get rid of this anxiety. There are some specific ways to stop worrying . You may not know how this anxiety absorbs energy from our body and mind and stop our progress in life. There are some good techniques for stopping this energy-sucking habit. Anxiety usually comes from the thoughts of an event in the past or future that has no existence at all. So why we will get worried? Past and future does exist only in your mind , kick them out. Here are the five simple ways to overcome this biggest enemy.
1) Exercise:-
Exercise is a natural and effective to realise your tension and stress, boost energy, and enhance your sense of well-being. Even more importantly, by really focusing on how your body feels as you move, you can interrupt the constant flow of worries running through your head. Get up early every morning and start exercising. You can run, walk, dance or play some sports as you wish . At first it would seem very difficult. Once you start it will become a habit and in 10 to 15 days you will feel very relaxed .Take some deep breath. By practicing deep breathing exercises, you can calm your mind and quiet negative thoughts.
2) Talk to friend , family or loved ones:-
Talk to your loved ones as much as you can and share your thoughts openly. Talk to your family, your friends, or a doctor if you have a good relationship with them. Sometimes saying your problems out loud can get your thoughts straight in your head and if you’re worrying about something useless, saying it out loud can make you realise that it’s just not worth the worry. With those close to you, you can laugh, cry, and moan as much as you like without being judged and this is a healthy way to relieve stress.
3) Meditation:-
Meditation is best tools ever known to get rid over the anxiety. maditation in proper way releases all the stresses in our mind and body. Meditate every morning or every evening for fifteen to twenty minutes. Sit quietly, comfortably , close your eyes, take some deep breath. Thoughts will come and it is natural to have thoughts during meditation. Try to concentrate your breathing . At the very beginning to concentrate, you can count from hundred to one then you can start whispering any Mantra or chant whatever it is suitable for you. After completing your meditation rub your hands and put them on your eyes. Slowly open your eyes , lay down and take rest for four to five minutes. There are some special meditation like " twin hurt meditation" , " inner peace meditation" , "Trans" etc. You can pursuit any of these.
4) Discipline Your Thoughts:-
The reason for your anxiety is that your sub-conscious mind has a number of negative beliefs. Every time negative beliefs pop-up in your mind, they will take you to the unresourceful state. Eliminate negative thoughts by consciously thinking positive thoughts. Control of your thoughts rather than letting them take control of you. Always use positive words when talking to yourself. Recall the beautiful events of your life that happened in the past ,go in to the time , see what you saw , try to hear what you heard, try to feel what you felt . Every time you think a negative thought, you must turn it into a positive. All negative thoughts are not harmful for us, sometimes it becomes armour for us. So when they come ask every time “is this really helpful?” If the answer is no, turn the thought into a positive . Whilst this may seem difficult at first, it will eventually become your habits. We have no control over anything that is happening in this outer world . We can control only one thing , that's our mind , our thoughts.
5) Keep yourself busy (BUSY BEE):-
Busy bee means 'someone who is always busy doing things like bee'. They enjoy doing a lot of things and always keep themselves busy. Keep yourself busy like a bee , bees always keep themselves busy with something. Keep yourself busy with something . Anything, it may be reading , playing with kids , cooking , listening music , painting , cleaning , marketing whatever it may be. Busy means actively devoted in a work . Be interested in the work you are doing and enjoy the work. I urge all of you never to engage in newspapers or media or any TV serials . Most of the time they highlights the negativity . Which creates more negative impact in our mind .These are much more harmful. When a person is busy with his works very attentively , he does not get anxious .

I know you all want to have the extraordinary success,so you must read the article very carefully. If you look around, you will find different people who created extraordinary success by following this formula of success. The truth is that, success throws challenges before coming and you can achieve the success in the area you desire by facing those challenges . You can achieve
success in each and every aspect in your life if you have more flexibility to change yourself , your daily routine ,your bad habits, and of course you have to be hungry to learn. I will discuss about three strategies which are very simple and considered to be common sense but most people simply do not follow them.

As stated in that quote, there are three key factors to achieve massive success.
You don’t have to wait for everything to be perfect ,take action right now and you will find all the ways . Start with the first step right now and keep moving. Success doesn’t happen over night. Make yourself prepare. You must be ready to receive the success you desire. First of all set your sight to the destination (Goal) that you want to achieve, then Plan and take action to move towards your goal and prepare for the moment when the opportunity knocks your door . Don't wait for tomorrow, it may not come.
2. Plan to move on:-
The plan will make your every step stronger and smoother. If you don't plan to move forward, someone will forces you away.
To reach a specific destination, you need to choose a specific Road map and use whatever vehicles are needed to cross that road. In the same way, in order to reach your goal in life, you have to set a specific path.And in order to cross every step of this way, you need to gather the resources what you need ,it may be skills , knowledge ,new habits or whatever it may be towards your goal. Take the next step forward very firmly so that no one or nothing else can stop you . Work hard and work smart. Do the right things and do them in the right way. Don’t procrastinate. Take bold actions.
3. Learning from failure:-
There is no failures there is learning or new opportunities . Sometimes some strategies may not work . Don't take it as your failure, learn from it and move on . See them as important learning lessons. Lessons that are capable of giving them insights to prevent such mistakes from happening again. By adopting this mindset of turning each failure into a learning lesson or opportunity, you can never fail until you give up yourself .
Start and set goal , make strategies and learning from your failures are make sure that your dreams come true. Most of the people do not know what their destination is so how do they get there !! Action in a proper strategy towards your goal will brings you massive success.
